Recurring commercial services are contractually based. Not all commercial services are listed below but all needs of the customer will be addressed during the initial quote process to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied that they are getting what they are paying for.
Janitorial services can be provided as a one-time service for special occasions at the customers request.
Recurring services are based on contracts negotiated with the customer after the initial quote is given and accepted. Services are provided based on the customers needs (daily, bi-daily, onsite or appointment).
Can be as many times as the customer requests.
Can be sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet bonneting, Strip/Wax/Buff, etc.
Mirrors, toilets, urinals, stall walls/doors, sweep/mop and replacing/replenishing expendable items such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.
Sweeping, mopping, Top-scrub, etc.
Sidewalks or other concrete areas.
